Justin Moore : CEO

Justin Moore is a serial entrepreneur whose mission and track record speak to turning around the status quo in established markets. He brings a broad background in technology startups to his role as CEO and co-founder of Axcient. Justin has served in executive, business development, marketing, and advisory roles over the past seven years. In 2002, Justin built MK Global, which successfully innovated an international approach to addressing the surplus of secondary market telecommunications equipment after the dot-com collapse. At MK Global he secured rights to over $1 billion in telecommunications equipment and was responsible for developing and negotiating exclusive partnership arrangements with companies such as Qwest Communications, Accenture and Nortel.

Greg Robinson : General Partner, Peninsula Ventures

Greg has more than 12 years of operating and venture capital experience. Prior to joining Peninsula, Greg co-founded and was chief operating officer of Cogent Technologies, which was acquired by BrightStar. Greg's investments include MESoft, Green Plug, Intesource, SeeControl, StepUp Commerce (acquired by Intuit) and Accruent. Greg was also responsible for the acquisition of Ponte Communications by Voyence.

Peter Bodine : Managing Director, Allegis Capital

Peter Bodine joined Allegis Capital in 2006. Prior to Allegis, he co-founded APV Technology Partners where he was general partner of three funds totaling over $220M. Peter also worked at Asia Pacific Ventures, a consulting and advisory service firm. Currently, Mr. Bodine sits on the boards of Adventure Central, Axcient, iBAHN and iPass (NASD IPAS). Prior investments include Ribbit (acquired by BT), BUYandHOLD (acquired by Fahnestock), Fatbrain.com (acquired by BarnesandNoble, NASDAQ: FATB), Dynamic Pictures (acquired by 3Dlabs), ShareWave (acquired by Cirrus Logic), and Versata (NASDAQ: VATA).

Steve Lewis : Managing Director, Lewis & Sutherland Associates

Steve is the former chief executive officer of Teneros, a company whose mission is to end email downtime for mid-market companies. While at Teneros, Steve led the company to a leadership position in Microsoft infrastructure application continuity solutions for enterprises around the world. Prior to that, Steve was the chief executive officer of All Covered, the leading outsourced IT services company serving small and medium-sized businesses in the United States. Steve was also the co-founder of Pharmanex, a leading phytopharmaceutical firm where he was the initial chief operating officer.

Thomas T. van Overbeek

For nearly twenty-five years, Tom has consistently lead early stage advanced technology companies to successful investor outcomes.  As the CEO of Shoretel (NASDAQ: SHOR), Tom led the turnaround team that built the foundation for the company’s growth.  As CEO of WavTrace he lead a company turnaround with an eventual sale to Harris in 2000 for $175M.  Tom was the CEO of Cornerstone Imaging from its startup phase well through its 1993 IPO.  Cornerstone was later purchased by EMC in 2001.

Advisors Dave Loewith : Vice President, Engineering, Powerfile

Dave has more than 25 years of experience in the development of networking and storage applications. Prior to joining PowerFile, Dave served as vice president of engineering and operations at EVault, a Seagate company focused on online backup and recovery technologies. While at EVault, he built and led an engineering team that produced competitive, on time, high quality products and an operations group that provisioned the software-as-a-service. He also served as vice president of information protection at Legato Systems and was a key factor in its purchase by EMC.

Brad O’Neill : Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, TechValidate

Brad brings a 13 year track record of building breakthrough enterprise and web consumer technology companies to his current role as CEO of TechValidate. Most recently, he was founding angel investor and a lead management executive for StumbleUpon (acquired by eBay, $75 million), a web consumer discovery engine with millions of users worldwide. Prior to that, Brad led business development at PolyServe, an enterprise server and storage software company (acquired by HP, $205 million), and headed corporate development at StorageNetworks, an enterprise storage service provider company that he helped launch and build to IPO (Nasdaq: STOR, 2000). Brad also worked as a widely referenced technology analyst in the data center IT sector with Taneja Group, where he consulted dozens of emerging technology companies regarding IT market strategy.

Paul C. Dippell : CEO, Service Leadership, Inc.

Paul brings more than twenty-five years of experience building, running, acquiring and integrating IT Solutions companies. Paul is often a featured speaker at IT Solutions industry events on the topics of successful channel business model strategy and operations, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Paul is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Service Leadership, Inc., a leading Solution Provider channel consultancy, and publisher of the Service Leadership Index™ of Solution Provider performance. Additionally, Paul advises leading global IT manufacturers on channel and SMB customer product and services strategies.
