Senior QA Engineer
Develop test strategies for the Axcient appliance and datacenter applications. Develop and implement test plans, test cases, tools and infrastructure. Perform feature testing, platform testing, load and performance testing. Create and maintain automated test environments and test harnesses in conjunction with development team.

Senior Technical Support Engineer (TSE)
Provide technical support to Axcient IT service resellers. Interface between Sales and Engineering to drive customer issues to resolution.

Senior Windows Systems Engineer
Design and develop virtual server (ServerAlive), system re-imaging (Bare Metal Restore), and Exchange backup/restore features for the Linux-based Axcient appliance.
