| Justin Moore : Chief Executive Officer |

Justin Moore is a serial entrepreneur whose mission and track record speak to turning around the status quo in established markets. He brings a broad background in technology startups to his role as CEO and co-founder of Axcient. Justin has served in executive, business development, marketing, and advisory roles over the past seven years. In 2002, Justin built MK Global, which successfully innovated an international approach to addressing the surplus of secondary market telecommunications equipment after the dot-com collapse. At MK Global he secured rights to over $1 billion in telecommunications equipment and was responsible for developing and negotiating exclusive partnership arrangements with companies such as Qwest Communications, Accenture and Nortel. |

| Bill Culman : Vice President of Engineering |

Bill Culman brings more than 20 years of software engineering management experience to Axcient and has extensive experience building both software and hardware products. Before joining Axcient, Bill held senior engineering management positions at Interwoven, Cast Iron, Tandem Computers, BEA Systems and Vitria Technology. While at Interwoven, Bill was the vice president of engineering responsible for global engineering services across all Interwoven products. At Cast Iron, Bill managed the engineering organization from its inception and launched Cast Iron’s application router, a device which provided easy-to-use data integration to the enterprise application integration (EAI) marketplace. During his 12 years at Tandem, Bill was responsible for development of application development (ADE) tools for Tandem's Pathway and CORBA transaction processing systems. While at BEA Systems, Bill was responsible for development of ADE tools for BEA Tuxedo and Weblogic. During his time at Vitria Technology, he was responsible for development of all BusinessWare EAI connectivity products. |

| Chris Sterbenc : Vice President of Sales |

Chris is a seasoned sales executive with more than twenty years of experience in the technology industry. Most recently, Chris architected the Managed Service Provider and Reseller channels for Untangle, Inc., a provider of network security solutions for small and medium businesses. Prior to Untangle, Chris was VP of Sales at NCompass Labs, which was acquired by Microsoft Corporation. At Microsoft, he held the position of General Manager, Content Management Solutions and managed Microsoft's significant revenue growth from sales of their Content Management System software. Additionally, Chris was Vice President of Sales at the launch of Rainmaker Systems, a leading business process outsourcing company in the Silicon Valley. |

| Jack McGovern : Chief Financial Officer |

Jack McGovern brings more than 30 years of accounting, finance and investment banking experience to his role at Axcient. Most recently, Jack was chief financial officer of Dilithium Networks, a software engineering firm providing video solutions to the mobile handset market. Prior to Dilithium, Jack was a partner with Ashwood Management Partners, where he provided interim financial consulting services to venture-backed startup clients in the technology and life science arenas. Additionally, Jack was senior vice president and chief financial officer for infoUSA, Inc., a publicly traded (NASDAQ) company providing database marketing services. Jack brings a proven background of corporate finance leadership within the technology sector that was strengthened by his positions at Strategic Capital, Matrix International, GATX, and KPMG Peat Marwick. |

| Todd Scallan : Vice President of Product Management |

Todd Scallan brings nearly 25 years of product management experience to Axcient. Most recently, Todd was VP of product management for Interwoven, purchased by Autonomy, where he spent four years overseeing the definition and delivery of enterprise software products for content management. Upon joining Interwoven in 2001, Todd helped pioneer a solution for composite application provisioning, for which he was co-named on a patent.
Before Interwoven, Todd worked seven years at Segue Software, including four years at start-up Black & White Software, which Segue acquired in 1998. His roles included VP of engineering for Segue's functional testing and software metering solutions and VP of business development for Black & White's distributed application development products.
Todd honed his skills in an 11 year progression at IBM, spanning a variety of positions in engineering and product management, all related to enterprise automation and software integration. He has published numerous articles and papers on a range of distributed computing topics. |
