| Justin Moore : Chief Executive Officer |

Justin Moore is a serial entrepreneur whose mission and track record speak to turning around the status quo in established markets. He brings a broad background in technology startups to his role as CEO and co-founder of Axcient. Justin has served in executive, business development, marketing, and advisory roles over the past eight years. In 2002, Justin built MK Global, which successfully innovated an international approach to addressing the surplus of secondary market telecommunications equipment after the dot-com collapse. At MK Global he secured rights to over $1 billion in telecommunications equipment and was responsible for developing and negotiating exclusive partnership arrangements with companies such as Qwest Communications, Accenture and Nortel. |

| Chris Sterbenc : Vice President of Sales |

Chris is a seasoned sales executive with more than twenty years of experience in technology and channel sales. Chris is responsible for the strategy and execution of Axcient’s channel focused sales model. Most recently, Chris architected the Managed Service Provider and Reseller channels for Untangle, Inc., a provider of network security solutions for small and medium businesses. Prior to Untangle, Chris was VP of Sales at NCompass Labs, which was acquired by Microsoft Corporation. At Microsoft, he held the position of General Manager, Content Management Solutions and managed Microsoft's significant revenue growth from sales of their Content Management System software. Additionally, Chris was Vice President of Sales at the launch of Rainmaker Systems, a leading business process outsourcing company in the Silicon Valley. |

| Todd Scallan : Vice President of Product Management |

Todd Scallan brings 25 years of product management experience to Axcient and is responsible for ensuring that Axcient’s products continue to stay at the leading edge of the SMB data protection industry. Most recently, Todd was VP of Product Management for Interwoven, aqcuired by Autonomy, where he spent four years overseeing the definition and delivery of enterprise software products for content management. Before Interwoven, Todd worked seven years at Segue Software, including four years at start-up Black & White Software, which Segue acquired in 1998. His roles included VP of Engineering for Segue’s functional testing and software metering solutions and VP of Business Development for Black & White’s distributed application development products. Prior to Segue, Todd spent 11 years at IBM. He has published numerous articles and papers on a range of distributed computing topics. |

| George Tuma : Vice President of Engineering |

George Tuma brings over 20 years of engineering experience to Axcient and is responsible for leading the development of the Axcient suite of data protection services. George has extensive background in software, hardware, storage, virtualization and windows environments. Most recently, George was at Phoenix Technologies where he ran the group that delivered Phoenix’s desktop virtualization software. Prior to Phoenix, George was VP of Engineering at LogLogic, which is one of the market leaders in log management, database security and compliance management. Before LogLogic, George was the VP, Engineering at Teneros where he lead the group that worked on the Teneros’s high-availability appliance for Microsoft Exchange. George is the primary inventor on multiple US patents. |

| Julian Peebles : Director of Partner and Customer Satisfaction |

As Director of Partner and Customer Satisfaction, Julian is responsible for ensuring that Axcient’s partners and customers receive the highest level of service and support. Julian brings more than 15 years of experience leading world-class customer service organizations to his role at Axcient. Prior to joining Axcient, Julian was Director of Global Customer Support at Bivio Networks, a leading provider of deep packet inspection products. Before Bivio, Julian was the Senior Manager of Customer Operations at Transera, where he ensured that Transera’s customers received the highest level of support. Prior to Transera, Julian held positions at Nortel, Internap and Siemens. |

| Kelly Dugan : Director of Finance |

Kelly Dugan brings more than 25 years of accounting and finance experience to Axcient and is responsible for Axcient’s financial policies and procedures. Most recently Kelly was Vice President of Finance and Operations at SeeControl, Inc., which provides a M2M SaaS software platform for tracking and sensor monitoring software applications. Prior to SeeControl Kelly held the position of Director of Finance for Antara LLC, where she was responsible for the company’s financial policies and procedures, IT, and human resources. Before Antara, Kelly was Owner of Shamrock Business Services, a company providing accounting services to venture backed start-ups and established businesses. Kelly began her career at Masstor Systems Corporation. |

| Tim Murphy : Director of Operations |

Tim Murphy brings over 20 years of operations management to his role at Axcient. Tim is responsible for the manufacturing and delivery of Axcient’s products and for ensuring the highest level of operational quality. Most recently, Tim was Director of Operations for Teneros, where he was responsible for the manufacturing and deployment of Teneros’s Microsoft Exchange continuity appliances and hosted disaster recovery services. Prior to Teneros, Tim was Director of Operations at Immersion Corporation, where he setup manufacturing and production in China for Immersion’s product line. Before Immersion, Tim managed operations for Innomedia, an innovative manufacturer of VOIP appliances. Tim has also held operations management roles at Accolade and Electornic Arts. |
