Axcient OnBoarding Services
Our on boarding team works with new customers to ensure that the installation and configuration of the Axcient solution is completed with the customer's business objectives in mind.
Through 2-3 scheduled sessions, our team reviews how the customer intends to use their Axcient solution, and then provides guidance on best practices as well as ensuring that all business goals are met. Configurations are reviewed as backup cycles complete, and data is seeded into one of our data centers. Once everything is confirmed, customers are "graduated" to our ongoing support services for any needed future help.
We encourage Axcient Certified Engineer (ACE) training for all users of the Axcient system.
This training provides an overview of how Axcient works, and includes online training on troubleshooting and best practices. To request credentials, contact Axcient using the form above or at [email protected] and your credentials will be sent to you. Once all training is complete and passed, you'll receive a certificate of completion.
