Customers are moving to Axcient’s simple data and application recovery service in growing numbers. As our user base grows we need to make sure our customers are up to date with our evolving cloud application. Axcient has always provided top-tier customer support but we’re still looking to improve the service we deliver. To help educate our clients as well as improve their experience with our service, we’re proud to announce the powerfully simple Axcient User Portal as a one-stop destination for our customers to access documentation, read knowledge base articles, manage support cases, and much more.
The User Portal is an Axcient customer’s support system in all aspects of our service. We are in the process of adding our in-depth documentation, recording video tutorials, and adding to the library of knowledge base articles to further educate our customers so they feel confident when using the Web App to protect and recover their critical data. The Portal also provides customers with a straightforward interface to create, manage, and update any support cases they have as we continue to provide award-winning customer support. It’s also mobile optimized to help you quickly reference information on your phone or tablet when your computer isn’t nearby.
Similar to the best-in-class design of Axcient’s protection and recovery Web App, the User Portal has an intuitive interface and beautifully simple design. In partnership with the Support Team, Axcient’s designers have studied the needs of our customers and tailored the entire Portal experience to make it effortless to navigate information, search solutions, easily create and manage support cases, and watch video tutorials.

The User Portal is currently in beta as we get feedback from a few select customers and work out any bugs before it is released to our complete customer base. We’re already planning on the next iteration which will include product training courses, user forums, and partner marketing materials.
