Pam Lyra, Vice President of Customer Satisfaction at Axcient has been named among the 2014 Women of the Channel by CRN.

The CRN Women of the Channel Award honors the several Women of the Channel whose expertise and vision are deserving of recognition. The annual list highlights the accomplishments of female executives within vendor, distribution and solution provider organizations, and the impact they are having on the advancement of the IT channel industry as a whole.

In the last 12 months, Pam has built a service organization that has transformed itself into a best-in-class team of committed, talented and passionate service professionals. The results of her team’s efforts have improved the support experience of Axcient’s partners and customers from a satisfaction score of 7/10 in 2012 to above 9.5/10 in 2014.

Pam made not only the 2014 Women of the Channel but also the POWER 100, which is a subset of the CRN Women of the Channel who have earned a special distinction based on their exemplary record of success and their level of influence in the channel.
