ACE Training/Certification Program
We recently launched an online education program that includes three self-paced training courses on the topics our partners requested most:
- Axcient Data Protection Fundamentals, a.k.a. “Axcient 101”
- Planning and Implementing Business Continuity
- Protecting Exchange Servers
These courses are now available through our partner portal. Any partner who successfully completes the courses and online exams becomes an Axcient Certified Expert (ACE) and gains the knowledge needed to quickly set up an Axcient system. We’re excited about how well the training has been received so far and we’ve already made a number of improvements based on partner feedback. We’ll continue to add new training offerings based on partners’ needs.

Knowledge Base Expanded with Best Practices
When the Axcient Partner Advisory Council suggested that we document the best practices on deploying the Axcient solution, we listened and acted. We have recently added several best practice articles to the partner knowledge base, which is accessed through the Axcient partner portal. These articles cover topics such as maximizing offsite performance, testing connectivity health, and configuring Windows systems for agentless protection. We gathered knowledge and insight from our developers, support engineers, and experienced MSP partners, then created this valuable content to help partners smoothly roll out all their customer deployments.
