“We were working with a couple of different backup solutions and really were just struggling with the reliability of the solution and the amount of time it took to manage that solution.”

We have been a partner with Axcient all the way back in the eFolder days, actually before they merged with Axcient. We were working with a couple of different backup solutions and really were just struggling with the reliability of the solution and the amount of time it took to manage that solution. And eFolder brought a new perspective and a new team that kind of helped us get our arms around what we were doing from a backup and disaster recovery perspective. It’s obviously changed a lot since those days, but they’ve been with us there through that whole evolution and have really brought us to a point where we’ve become really efficient with backup and disaster recovery.

“…The amount of dime that it takes for us to manage backup has probably been cut in half – at least – it’s probably a little bit more than that. We used to have two people that would manage backups, and now we’re really at about half of a person that does that.”

The solution has grown so that we now use the Replibit [x360Recover] solution with Axcient, and the amount of time that it takes for us to manage backup has probably been cut in half – at least – it’s probably a little bit more than that. We used to have two people that would manage backups, and now we’re really at about half of a person that does that. And part of that is that we have the ability to verify our backups through the toolset that’s implemented through Replibit [x360Recover], so we’re constantly aware of where things sit from a protected status perspective, which helps our team immensely.

“You’re almost working with an extension of your own team… And that’s why we’ve used Axcient’s entire stack in different solutions because we understand them, and we understand the benefits, both to our team and to the clients…”

But beyond that, I would say that the biggest part is the Axcient support team and how they’ve been there to help us get educated and trained and up to speed on the product. So not only is the product a superior product, but they’ve taught us how to use it, and they’ve been there the whole way through so that our team is prepared to do the best they can possibly do with the Replibit [x360Recover] solution.

You’re almost working with an extension of your own team. It really has given us the ability to get to know the products and solutions as best as we possibly can and effectively implement them in our business and with our clients. And that’s why we’ve used Axcient’s entire stack in different solutions because we understand them and we understand the benefits, both to our team and to the clients, which is a huge benefit and also a cost savings, right? Because we don’t have to deal with multiple vendors, we’ve got one partner that’s really right there with us on a day-to-day basis making sure that we’re implementing the solution in the right place and getting the right outcomes.

“I would recommend Axcient not only because they have a fantastic product, but they have the team in place to serve your needs as a business trying to serve another customer.”

I would recommend Axcient not only because they have a fantastic product, but they have the team in place to serve your needs as a business trying to serve another customer. They’re going to set you up for success with their product set, not just sell you something. So they’re going to make sure that not only does it get implemented correctly, but that the solution does what it’s supposed to do, and you’re getting the r
